The multi-course menu includes:

  • 1st Course: Yellowtail Crudo, hearts of palm, pickled watermelon rind, fresno chili, lychee, watermelon radish, lime and pepita Frescobaldi Alie Rose ’21
  • 2nd Course: Pan seared scallop, nectarine agrodolce, sherry vinegar, jamon Juan Gil Moscatal ’20
  • 3rd Course: Traditional Spanish tortilla, potato, egg, rioja wine braised oxtail Sella & Mosca Cannonau Riserva ’19
  • 4th Course: Lamb Albondigas, grilled bread, romesco broth, olive oil. Marques Murietta Rioja Reserva ’17

“A Bottle of Red, A Bottle of White”

Join the MEAC to savor a new event – Wine & Tapas. The evening will begin as you are greeted with a champagne toast and discover the intricate pairings of Spanish wines and tapas prepared by Rumbling Bald’s Director of Culinary Arts, Chef Charlie Creelman.

Menu:

  • Mashed potato pancake with smoked salmon, charred scallions, and green tomato relish
  • Tomato and vegetable tart
  • Grilled shrimp with a gin, black pepper, lemon, and rosemary sabayon
