Mortgage rates are holding near their lowest levels in over a year, bringing more buyers back into the conversation. WINTER STORM OPERATIONS UPDATE:
PLAN OF ACTION SATURDAY, JANUARY 31ST & SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST:
Our teams are staged and ready to begin full road clearing operations as soon as all precipitation has ended.

ROAD CLEARING SCHEDULE:
• Road clearing is expected to begin Saturday evening once all precipitation has ended — likely between 4 and 5pm.
• Crews will work through the night and into Sunday to address roads throughout the community.
• Even after initial clearing, large patches of ice may remain and could impede driving. Please use extreme caution.
• Temperatures will remain well below freezing after the storm, which will impact how quickly roads can fully improve.
Please note: Timing, sequencing, and methods may change based on real-time conditions. Travel should be limited during hazardous conditions, particularly while road treatments and plowing are underway.
