April Fitness Classes

The Wellness Center offers a variety of weekly fitness classes designed to keep you moving and feeling great. From peaceful morning walks to yoga and aqua aerobics, there’s something for every interest and activity level. For the latest schedule and details, give us a call at 828.694.3005.

Class Details & Pricing:

  • Fitness classes: $10 per class or $25 per week, per person
  • Monthly Membership: $15 for RBLL Members and VRI/Wyndham Timeshare Owners (with membership card).

Please note:

  • Classes are subject to change without notice
  • Ages 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Payment is required in advance at the Wellness Center or Trout Stream Desk
  • The following classes are canceled: Aqua Aerobics: April 11th

Instructor: Jenn

  • Gentle Hatha Yoga – A gentle approach to yoga, encouraging flexibility through mindful stretching, with a soothing final relaxation. Perfect for beginners, seniors, and anyone aiming for overall relaxation. (1 hour • Low intensity • Location: Gym)
  • Chair YogaA gentle practice modifying traditional yoga poses to be done while seated or using a chair for balance, making it accessible for all mobility levels, seniors, or desk workers. (1 hour • Low intensity • Location: Gym)

Instructor: Sharon

  • Tai Chi – Experience the calming and restorative benefits of this ancient Chinese martial art. Tai Chi combines gentle, flowing movements with mindful breathing to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. (1 hour • Low intensity • Location: Gym)

Instructor: Amy (Live Stream)

  • Core & MoreJoin Amy live for a class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and support joint stability in the ankles, hips, and shoulders. This well-rounded workout is great for all ages and fitness levels, helping enhance mobility, build strength, and support fall prevention. (1 hour • Moderate intensity • Location: Gym)
  • Strength & Stretch – Join Amy live for basic strength training exercises with a focus on core stability.
    (1 hour • Moderate intensity • Location: Gym)

Instructor: Ela

  • Aqua Aerobics – A fun and energizing full-body workout in the water. Aqua Aerobics improves balance, tones muscles, and boosts cardiovascular health while being easy on the joints. (1 hour • Low intensity • Location: Indoor Pool)
