When driving through the Clearwater Creek neighborhood, you feel like you are in a wilderness within a development. It is close to the Town of Rutherfordton and the schools, giving you the feeling of nature. Watch out for the deer crossing the roads as you drive in. They will probably stare and check you out. at the cute little park near the creek. Just north of town, you can easily drive to Interstate 40 and travel North Carolina. The lot is " Creekside" so there is a partial flood zone on the back of the lot.
