You've got the dream - We've got the location for it!

This is a rare find: a double lot near the top of the mountain, with long-range, layered mountain views that will stop you in your tracks. The property backs up to a conservation easement and walking trails, so your backyard stays peaceful for good.

You won’t be starting from scratch, either. There’s a recent topography survey and a set of custom home plans, which makes it much easier to picture exactly where your home will sit.

Reynolds Mountain is a well-established community with stunning custom homes throughout. You’ll have public water and sewer, underground utilities, and high-speed internet. There’s also a recreation area with a pavilion, picnic spots, and walking trails.

Head down the road to Reynolds Mountain’s own shopping and dining, or be in the middle of downtown in under 10 minutes. And with the great outdoors just a short drive away, this is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Western NC has to offer.
