July Fitness Classes
The Wellness Center offers a variety of weekly fitness classes designed to keep you moving and feeling great. From peaceful morning walks to yoga and aqua aerobics, there’s something for every interest and activity level. For the latest schedule and details, give us a call at 828.694.3005.
Class Details & Pricing:
- Fitness classes: $10 per class or $25 per week, per person
- Monthly Membership: $30 for RBLL Members and Timeshare Owners (with membership card).
Please note:
- Aqua Cardio will take place at the Indoor Pool on Saturday, July 4th.
- Aqua Liquid Motion will not take place on Monday, July 6th.
- Class schedules may change as we continue to build out the season.
- Members and guests ages 14-17 are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

- Explore The Gym* – July 16th and 30th. Held every 2 weeks with a maximum of 4 participants for personalized instruction. Call the Front Desk to reserve your spot.

- Walk this Weight: A full-body workout built around walking-based cardio to boost energy and endurance while staying easy on the joints. No jumping required. 1 hour | Low intensity | Gym
- Strength for Every Body: Foundational strength training focused on form, safety, and instruction. Exercises can be adjusted for all fitness levels and mobility needs. 1 hour | Low intensity | Gym
- Lunch Crunch: A fast-paced 30-minute HIIT workout designed to maximize movement in minimal time using weights for strength and cardio conditioning. 30 min | High intensity | Gym
