Members & Guests 14-17 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center or join fitness classes without an adult present. Classes are complimentary for Members & Timeshare owners with owner cards. Lodging/ Member Guests are $8 per class.

Class Descriptions
Morning Walk – This walking group meets promptly at 7:30 AM either at the Legends on the Lake parking lot or at the Wellness Center depending on the season. This activity usually takes about an hour.
Aqua Aerobics – The instructor will begin the first 20 minutes of class focusing on cardio endurance, working not only the heart and lungs but all muscles of the body. Aqua Aerobics is also great for all-over toning and improving your balance. Don’t forget those vocals, they’ll also be worked. The class meets at the indoor pool. Instructor – Ela
Tai Chi – Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is practiced for both defense training and health benefits. This class will help improve your fitness level as well as your balance, circulation, muscular endurance, and most importantly, your quality of life. Instructor – Sharon
Core & More – Based on 10 different ab exercises hitting all areas of the body’s midsection. Includes a combination of balance exercises to improve stability and posture and exercises to strengthen ankle, hip, and shoulder joints. For all ages and levels; helps with fall prevention, better mobility, and increased strength. (Low to moderate intensity) Instructor – Amy
Boot Camp – Station work incorporating a HIIT format of exercises for muscle strength and endurance with cardiovascular training and joint mobility exercises. (Moderate to high intensity) Instructor – Amy
Beginner Yoga – This is a slower-paced gentle yoga class. This class will focus on basic posture and incorporating breathwork and meditation. (All skill levels are welcome.) Instructor – Betsy
Yoga Flow – This intermediate Yoga flow is great for cardio, strength, and flexibility. It connects the poses with the breath creating a continuous movement. (This class incorporates intermediate poses that are optional.) Instructor – Betsy
