*Fitness classes are subject to change without notice. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the fitness center or join fitness classes. The Indoor pool and fitness center are available for members and lodging guests only. However, spa and salon services and mini-golf are always open to the Public.
Class Descriptions
Morning Walk – This walking group meets promptly at 7:30am either at the Legends on the Lake parking lot or at the Wellness Center depending on the season. This activity usually takes about an hour.
Aqua Aerobics – The instructor will begin the first 20-minutes of class focusing on cardio endurance, working not only the heart and lungs but all muscles of the body. Aqua Aerobics is also great for all-over toning, and improving your balance, and don’t forget those vocals, they’ll also be worked. The class meets at the indoor pool.
Tai Chi – Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is practiced for both defense training and its health benefits. This class will help improve your fitness level as well as your balance, circulation, muscular endurance, and most importantly your quality of life.
Beginner Yoga – This is a slower-paced gentle yoga class. This class will focus on basic posture and incorporating breath work and meditation. All skill levels are welcome.
Yoga Flow – Yoga flow is great for cardio, strength, and flexibility! It connects the poses with the breath creating a continuous movement. This class incorporates intermediate poses that are optional.

Hours of Operations:
- Wellness Center 8am-8pm
- Indoor Pool 8am-8pm (adult swim 8-10am)
- Fitness Center 4am-12am
- Spa & Salon 9am-5pm
“After Hours” entrance for the Fitness Center. You can now access the fitness center after-hours via the back entrance, located on the back side of the Wellness Center, the door closest to the road. You will be required to scan your member or guest card in order to access this door. You must be at least 18 years old to use the fitness center after hours or 16 and accompanied by an adult. Pass sharing or opening the door for other people is strictly prohibited. The fitness center will be monitored by security 24/7. The backdoor entrance is only available outside of the regular Wellness Center Hours. You can access the back door from 8pm-12am and 4am-8am. Otherwise, you will be required to use the main entrance.

Important Guidelines
- Member and Guest passes are required.
- An adult must accompany children under 16 to use the indoor pool.
- No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the hot tub, sauna, or steam room.
- Proper footwear is required to use the Fitness Center.
- Reservations are required for all Spa & Salon appointments.
