Legends on the Lake brings Southern-inspired favorites and laid-back lakeside dining together in Lake Lure, North Carolina. Enjoy rotating weekly specials alongside familiar classics, all served with fresh, seasonal flavors. Pair your meal with a cold craft beer, glass of wine, or handcrafted cocktail, then sit back and enjoy the waterfront views.

Whether you’re joining us for a casual lunch, sunset dinner, or an easy meal by the lake, Legends offers a welcoming place to gather with family and friends.

A limited To-Go menu is also available for guests who would rather enjoy their meal at home, in their vacation rental, or elsewhere around the property.

Our 2026 Summer Adventure Camp season has come to a close, and we are grateful to everyone who took part.

From outdoor fun and lakeside activities to new friendships and special memories, it was a wonderful summer at Rumbling Bald. Thank you to all the campers, families, and team members who helped make this season so memorable.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back next year.
2027 camp dates will be released early next year.

Just steps away from the Wellness Center and open during regular hours, you’ll find endless opportunities for fun and activities! Test your skills on our 18-hole mini-golf course, shoot hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or take on friends with lawn games like giant chess, cornhole, and giant Jenga. Wellness Center

The Wellness Center is the heart of activity at Rumbling Bald—offering everything from fitness classes and family-friendly amenities to spaces for relaxation and self-care. Whether you’re looking to stay active, unwind at the spa, or enjoy time with the kids, the Wellness Center brings it all together in one convenient location.

Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, a modern fitness center, mini golf, racket sport courts, and a full-service Spa & Salon—all designed to help you recharge during your stay in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

  • Adult Swim 8-10am; Family Swim 10am-8pm; Pool area closes at 8pm
  • Pool reserved for Aqua Aerobics, 9-10am Tue/Thurs/Sat
  • Pool reserved for Aqua Fit, 9-10am Mon/Fri

After-Hour Gym Entrance

  • 8:30pm-12am • 5-8am (daily)
  • Follow the sidewalk next to the parking lot to access the double doors at the rear of the building.

Important Guidelines

  • Member and Guest passes are required.
  • An adult must accompany children under 16 to use the indoor pool.
  • No one under the age of 12 is allowed in the hot tub.
  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the sauna or steam room.
  • Proper footwear is required to use the fitness center.
  • No one under the age of 14 is allowed in the fitness center. Ages 14-17 are able to use the fitness center and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • After-hour gym access is 18 years and over. Ages 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All coolers/bags, etc. are subject to inspection before entering the pool area.
  • Reservations are required for all Spa and Salon appointments.

Join us for a variety of weekly fitness classes designed to keep you moving and feeling your best. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy a fun and motivating workout, we have something for everyone. Our expert instructors provide guidance for all skill levels, making it easy to stay active in a supportive environment.

Fee Structure for Group Fitness

  • $10 per person, per class
  • $25 for a week
  • $30 monthly membership for RBLL homeowners and timeshare owners

Additional Information

  • Please visit the Wellness front desk for signups, questions, and monthly memberships.
  • Membership discounts apply to the $10 and $25 fees. However, no additional discount is available for the $15 monthly membership.
