May Fitness Classes
The Wellness Center offers a variety of weekly fitness classes designed to keep you moving and feeling great. From peaceful morning walks to yoga and aqua aerobics, there’s something for every interest and activity level. For the latest schedule and details, give us a call at 828.694.3005.
Class Details & Pricing:
- Fitness classes: $10 per class or $25 per week, per person
- Monthly Membership: $15 for RBLL Members and VRI/Wyndham Timeshare Owners (with membership card).
Please note:
- Classes are subject to change without notice
- Ages 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Payment is required in advance at the Wellness Center or Trout Stream Desk

Instructor: Jenni
- Gentle Hatha Yoga: Focuses on flexibility through mindful stretching and relaxation. Ideal for beginners and seniors. (1 hour, Low intensity, Gym)
- Chair Yoga: Modifies poses for seated practice, accessible for all mobility levels. (1 hour, Low intensity, Gym)
- Aqua Fit: High-energy aqua aerobics with fun moves and upbeat music. Suitable for all fitness levels. (45 min, Low intensity, Indoor Pool)
Instructor: Sharon
- Tai Chi: Gentle movements and mindful breathing to enhance balance and well-being. (1 hour, Low intensity, Gym)
Instructor: Amy
- Core & More Strength: Strengthens core, improves posture, and enhances mobility for all fitness levels. (1 hour, Moderate intensity, Gym)
- Boot Camp: HIIT format for muscle strength, endurance, and cardiovascular training. (1 hour, Moderate to high intensity, Gym)

- Aqua Aerobics: Full-body workout improving balance and cardiovascular health, gentle on joints. (45 min, Low intensity, Indoor Pool)
