  • Parmesan Agnolotti – Brown butter.
    Trebbiano Bubbly – Soft, floral and pleasantly dry with crisp, bubbly fresh citrus flavors.
  • Crostini Di Fogato – Chicken liver mousse, rosemary, fig jam & crisp prosciutto.
    Cantele Primitivo ’19 – Brilliant ruby-red in color, aromas of black cherries and baking spices complement undertones of tobacco and mint. On the palate, this substantial red is smooth and velvety with balanced acidity and a long, pleasant finish.
  • Braised Short Rib Ragu – Pappardelle, basil, and pecorino.
    Carpasso Sangiovese ’19 – Intense ruby color. Fruity, spicy aromas. The palate is full, fruity, persistent, and soft with ripe blackberries, wild strawberries, and vanilla on the finish.
  • Millefoglie Salate Di Venezia – Focaccia, anchovy, fresh mozzarella, marjoram, spices, and olive oil.
    Vajra Nebbiolo Langhe ’20 – Deep purple color. Shows fresh and balsamic first notes, with aromas of lavender, basil, freshly-cut grass. Then it turns into a spicy and smoky character, with white pepper, clove and cinnamon. The palate is compact and clean, with notes of red apple, wild strawberry, blood orange, and licorice. Firm, fine-grained tannins keep this wine tightly wound, leading to the great aging potential.
  • Roasted Chestnut and Chocolate Gelato – Lady finger, espresso, and salted caramel brittle.
    Lambrusco Rosato n/v – Pale pink color. Strawberry, red apple, melon, and light whole wheat bread nose. Dry. Medium (+) acidity. Strawberry, brioche, melon, red apple, pear, green apple, and orange peel.

Price: $89*. Seating for this unique engagement has been limited to 40 guests per night and reservations are required.
