If you love NOC and Bryson City, this should be your new house site. This secluded little subdivision is quiet but has fast access to 74 and Bryson City. There is a really pretty creekside entry and long range views if some trees are cleared on the downhill side. It is about five minutes from the site to NOC, and it is close to Tsali, the swimming spot on Fontana Lake, and the Appalachian Trail. Please no drive-by's, it is difficult to find.
