Currently operated as and known as one of the top Bed & Breakfast Inns located in the City Limits of Asheville and Buncombe county. The Jackson-Peyton House, was designed by Richard Sharp Smith. The original floor plans are available if you have a desire to inspect. Originally constructed in 1909 this structure is a prime example of one of the most significant homes in the Montford Historic District. The Abbington Green is on the National Historic Registry.
