ADU is a gracious studio with W/D, large bathroom, generous flexible living space and loft for sleeping or storage. ADU also has covered porch. Driveway is steep but manageable and worth the effort! Grandma always said, "Buy a duplex and let the tenant pay half the note"! She was right!
