This year’s menu includes:

Bread Service

• Focaccia Bread

Appetizer (choose one)

• Strawberry Ricotta Bruschetta – Toasted baguette with whipped ricotta, mint oil, chiffonade basil, and a strawberry balsamic glaze
• Tuna Tartare – Whipped wasabi foam, avocado, cucumber carpaccio ribbons, pickled ginger paste, mirin reduction, toasted sesame seeds, and tobiko

Salad

• Deconstructed Grilled Caeser – Grilled romaine with parmesan reggiano, herbed crouton ribbon, lemon wedges, and peppered strawberries

Entrees (choose one)

• Filet – Served with grilled broccolini tossed in a brown butter vinaigrette, confit beef tallow potatoes, and a demi-glace
• Seared Scallops – Saffron risotto with wild mushroom and leeks, citrus caper beurre blanc, and beet citrus tuile
• Vegetarian Gnocchi Bolognese – Wild mushrooms, shaved pecorino, and fried basil

Dessert

• Chocolate Box – Assortment of chocolates for you and your valentine; bite-sized chocolates with a concentration of flavor in each one.

Reservations Required
Members can make reservations through the member’s website or the member app. The general public can make reservations by emailing legends@rumblingbald.com.
Reservations are available every 30 minutes with a maximum of 15 per 30 minutes.

Cancelation Policy
Please note, that our cancelation policy for this dining event will observe a 50% charge if canceled up to 48 hours before the event.
