November Fitness Classes
The Wellness Center offers a variety of weekly fitness classes designed to keep you moving and feeling great. From peaceful morning walks to yoga and aqua aerobics, there’s something for every interest and activity level. For the latest schedule and details, give us a call at 828.694.3005.
Class Details & Pricing:
- Fitness classes: $10 per class or $25 per week, per person
- Monthly Membership: $15 for RBLL Members and VRI/Wyndham Timeshare Owners (with membership card).
Please note:
- Classes are subject to change without notice
- Ages 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Payment is required in advance at the Wellness Center or Trout Stream Desk
- The following classes are canceled:

- All classes on Thanksgiving Day

Instructor: Sharon
- Tai Chi – Experience the calming and restorative benefits of this ancient Chinese martial art. Tai Chi combines gentle, flowing movements with mindful breathing to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. (1 hour • Low intensity • Location: Gym)
Instructor: Amy (Live Stream)
- Core & More – Join Amy live for a class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and support joint stability in the ankles, hips, and shoulders. This well-rounded workout is great for all ages and fitness levels, helping enhance mobility, build strength, and support fall prevention. (1 hour • Moderate intensity • Location: Gym)

- Gentle Flow Yoga – A relaxing class designed to help both beginners and experienced practitioners unwind. Begin with mindful breathwork or a short meditation, then move through a calming sequence of floor and standing poses to ease tension and restore balance. (1 hour • Low intensity • Location: Gym)
