Member Mountain Time Wine Dinner

Join us at The Gardens Restaurant for an unforgettable night of dining and socializing at our Member Mountain Time event. This is the perfect setting to forge new connections and strengthen existing ones.

Due to this private function, regular dinner service will not be available this evening.

Appetizer: Cured yellowtail sashimi with shaved jalapeño, yuzu ponzu, tobiko, and micro green garnish

Salad: Dressed arugula, feta dust, nori vinaigrette, sun-dried tomatoes, and chimichurri marinated shrimp

Entrée: Cauliflower purée, sweet potato nest, seared scallops, nori vinaigrette smear with pickled radishes and red onions

Dessert: Captain Morgan blueberry sauce and lemon curd graham cracker sand
