Join us on Thursday, September 26th at The Gardens Restaurant starting at 5:30pm for our next Member Mountain Time event. Treat yourself to this culinary delight and enjoy an evening out that will fulfill all your cravings.

Menu and pairings include:
- Steak Empanadillas with chopped steak, sofrito, tomatoes, green olives, and boiled eggs baked in a flaky pastry. Paired with: Edmeades Zinfandel Mendocino, CA
- Pear and Pancetta Salad with arugula, mesclun greens, and frisée, caramelized chopped lamb pancetta, thinly sliced pears, and toasted hazelnuts tossed in an orange and honey vinaigrette. Paired with: Diatom Chardonnay Santa Barbara, CA
- Paella Valenciana with traditional saffron calasparra (or arborio) with Spanish chorizo, shrimp, mussels, sugar snap peas, and sweet bell peppers. Paired with: Hartford RRV Pinot Noir Russian River Valley, CA & Gran Moraine Brut Rosé Yamhill-Carlton, OR
