The Wellness Center offers a variety of weekly fitness classes, Monday through Saturday, designed to keep you moving and feeling great. From peaceful morning walks to yoga and aqua aerobics, there’s something for every interest and activity level.

Class Details & Pricing:
- Fitness classes: $10 per class or $25 per week, per person
- Virtual Yoga: $5 per class, per person
- Monthly Membership: $15 for RBLL Members and VRI/Wyndham Timeshare Owners (with membership card).
Please note:
- Classes are subject to change without notice
- Ages 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Payment is required in advance at the Wellness Center or Trout Stream Desk

Class Descriptions, Locations, and Instructors
Aqua Aerobics — Aqua Aerobics is excellent for overall toning and improving balance. This is a full-body cardio workout. Instructor – Ela (1 hour • low intensity • location: Indoor Pool)
Tai Chi — Participating in this class will enhance your fitness level, balance, circulation, muscular endurance, and most importantly, your quality of life. Instructor – Sharon (1 hour • low intensity • location: Pavilion (starting May 5th)
Barredioga — Experience a unique blend of barre, cardio dance, and yoga stretching. This class includes an energizing dance-style warm-up, followed by isometric muscle-toning barre exercises, and concludes with a calming yoga session for a complete body experience. Instructor – Joy (1 hour • low intensity • location: Gym)
Sculpt & Sweat — Engage in a high-intensity interval training session that combines weights, cardio, and an abundance of fun energy. Instructor – Joy (1 hour • moderate to high intensity • location: Gym)
Boot Camp — This class features station work that incorporates a HIIT format, focusing on muscle strength, endurance, cardiovascular training, and joint mobility exercises. Instructor – Amy (1 hour • moderate to high intensity • location: Gym)
Pilates — Concentrate on precise movements, controlled breathing, and core engagement to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture. Instructor – Joy (1 hour • moderate intensity • location: Gym)
HITT Boot Camp — A high-intensity weekly workout that combines strength training and cardio, while enhancing your overall strength. Kick start your fitness journey this spring with this challenging and fun class. Instructor – Matt (1 hour • high intensity • location: Pavilion)
Core & More — This class includes balance exercises to boost stability and posture, as well as exercises for strengthening ankle, hip, and shoulder joints. Suitable for all ages and levels, it aids in fall prevention, enhances mobility, and increases strength. Instructor – Amy (1 hour • moderate intensity • location: Gym)
Strength Fitness — Learn basic strength training exercises and core stability. Instructor – Amy (45 min. • low intensity • location: Gym)
Gentle Flow Yoga (Virtual) — Open to both beginners and experienced practitioners, this class allows you to unwind and release the stress of a busy day. After centering ourselves with mindful breathwork or meditation, we will flow through a series of floor and standing asanas (yoga poses) Instructor – Anna (1 hour • low intensity • location: virtual) Please note: This class will be held virtually due to an instructor injury until in-person sessions can resume.
