June Wine Dinner

The multi-course menu includes:

• Bread Service
• 1st Course: Yellow squash soup with Himalayan salt-cured strawberry paired with Hahn Pinot Gris
• 2nd Course: Crab salad with cucumber, orange, and fennel paired with Hahn Appellation Chardonnay
• 3rd Course: Lobster ravioli with mushrooms and sweet corn chardonnay cream paired with Lucienne Pinot Noir
• 4th Course: Duck confit with haricots verts, cherries, and pistachios paired with Hahn Appellation GSM
• 5th Course: Lemon semifreddo with crushed blackberries, mint, and coffee; pairing TBD

Please note, our cancellation policy for this dining event will observe a 50% charge if canceled up to 48 hours before the event.
