Bake Sale & Gift Basket Auction

Part of our annual “Help-Us-Help” initiative.

Our annual Bake Sale will be held on Monday, October 30th, and Monday, November 20th in The Gardens from 11am-3:30pm. Stop by for some delicious homemade baked goods. With everything from cakes and cookies to pies and more, this is the perfect way to round out your Thanksgiving table and contribute to a special cause. While you’re picking out your favorite snacks, make sure to place a bid on one or more gift baskets loaded with goodies.

Holiday Dinner Buffet
A special “buffet style” stuffed pork loin dinner will be held on Monday, November 13th from 4-7pm on the Lakeview Terrace.

• Cost: $20pp.
• RSVPs are required for this dining event by Wednesday, November 8th.

About Help-Us-Help

2023 marks our 20th year of providing an elevated Christmas to children in Rutherford County. “Help Us Help” began in 2003 as an associate initiative with the simple goal of providing Christmas presents to children in Rutherford County, who for whatever reason, were in the care of Social Services and would not be able to celebrate a traditional family Christmas.
