August Fitness Classes
The Wellness Center offers a variety of weekly fitness classes, Monday through Saturday, designed to keep you moving and feeling great. From peaceful morning walks to yoga and aqua aerobics, there’s something for every interest and activity level.

Class Details & Pricing:
- Fitness classes: $10 per class or $25 per week, per person
- Virtual Yoga: $5 per class, per person
- Monthly Membership: $15 for RBLL Members and VRI/Wyndham Timeshare Owners (with membership card).

- Ages 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Payment is required in advance at the Wellness Center or Trout Stream Desk

Class Descriptions, Locations, and Instructors
Instructor – Joy
- Barre — Low-impact, full body workout utilizing a ballet barre for focus on the lower body and core. (45 min • low intensity • location: Gym)
- Zumba — A fun, effective cardio workout involving Latin-inspired dance movements. (45 min • moderate intensity • location: Gym)
- Sculpt & Sweat — Engage in a high-intensity interval training session that combines weights, cardio, and an abundance of fun energy. (45 min • moderate to high intensity • location: Gym)
- Pilates — Concentrate on precise movements, controlled breathing, and core engagement to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture. (30 min • moderate intensity • location: Gym)
Instructor – Sharon
- Tai Chi —A mind-body practice that utilizes this ancient Chinese martial art involving slow and flowing movements. (1 hour • low intensity • location: Pavilion)
Instructor – Amy
- Boot Camp — Featuring station workouts that incorporate a HIIT format, focusing on muscle strength, endurance, cardiovascular training, and joint mobility exercises. (1 hour • moderate to high intensity • location: Gym)
- Core & More — Exercises to boost stability and posture, as well as exercises for strengthening ankle, hip, and shoulder joints. Suitable for all ages and levels, it aids in fall prevention, enhances mobility, and increases strength. (1 hour • moderate intensity • location: Gym)
Instructor – Anna
- Gentle Flow Yoga — Open to both beginners and experienced practitioners, unwind and release the stress of a busy day. After centering ourselves with mindful breathwork or meditation, we will flow through a series of floor and standing asanas. (1 hour • low intensity • location: Gym)
- Express Gentle Yoga – Perfect for a midday reset, and a great reset for those sitting at a desk for an extended period of time. (30 minutes • low intensity • location: Gym)
