DESCRIPTION:Join Us at the Trout Stream Pool for a Summer Kickoff! \nCome to the Trout Stream Pool to celebrate the beginning of the summer pool season with fellow members\, their immediate families\, and/or up to two guests before we welcome Rumbling Bald lodging guests. Enjoy a summer buffet and an ice cream sundae bar. The Beer Barn will be open for wine and beer purchases. Please note that BYOB is not permitted. There will also be a live DJ for music and dancing! \nPrice: $10 (adults) • $5 (children under 12)\nPer person\, excludes tax\, gratuity\, and member discount. \nRSVP is required!\nRSVP via member app/website. The reservation deadline is May 12th. For additional information\, please email jburchfield@rumblingbald.com. \nNote: Pre-registration is required to ensure proper food and beverage preparation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event\, as well as no-shows\, will not be refunded\, as food and supplies will have already been purchased. SUMMARY:Member Pool Party
DESCRIPTION:Come to the Trout Stream Pool to join other Members\, their immediate families\, and/or +2 Guests in kicking off the summer pool season before the pool opens to Rumbling Bald Lodging Guests. There will be hot dogs\, chips\, and an ice cream sundae bar. A cash bar will be available for wine and beer purchased (no BYOB allowed). Games\, races\, etc will be held for participants of all ages.  \nTo RSVP\, please use your Member app or visit the Member’s website. \nQuestions? Please contact Jessica Burchfield at jburchfield@rumblingbald.com. \nPlease Note\nPre-registration is required to make adequate food preparations. A $15.00 per person ‘hold fee’ will be placed on Members’ accounts to reserve your spot(s).  The ‘hold fee’ will be deleted after the event for all attendees who present their Member Cards upon entering the event. If reservations are made and ‘no shows’ or cancellations occur\, Members will be assessed the $15 per person fee. The reservation deadline is Friday\, May 10th.\n \nThis is a MEAC sponsored event open to Members only. \nMember cards and guest passes are required on the day of.
