- The Lake Lure Newcomers Club is an exciting group of friendly people who want to meet you. We are located in the resort community of Lake Lure North Carolina, nestled in the Hickory Nut Gorge area of the western North Carolina mountains.
- The Lake Lure Lions Club welcomes old and new members of our community to join a great organization. We are the only service organization in Lake Lure. “We Serve” providing vision screening and glasses for those in need; as well as supporting Camp Dogwood, a summer camp for the blind in North Carolina; scholarships for local high school students; support to our local emergency and fire services; local library and so much more.
