SUMMARY:Master Plan Member Review Presentation
DESCRIPTION:A few weeks ago\, our membership received information regarding preliminary recommendations proposed by the Master Plan Sub-Committee for the Rumbling Bald Master Plan.  \nMeetings to discuss these recommendations kicked off in the Legends game room and will continue every two weeks through December 18th. In these meetings\, the Board will host a presentation for up to 30 members and spouses/significant others at a time. It is hoped the smaller meeting size will give everyone a chance to ask questions and provide comments and input on the plan presented. The primary goal of these meetings is to shape and mold the Master Plan to meet the expectations and desires of our Membership.   \nFor those comfortable using our mobile app\, you can sign up for a meeting date of your choice using the app and include your spouse/significant other in the reservation. Members can also email Jessica Burchfield at jburchfield@rumblingbald.com with their preferred meeting date. DESCRIPTION:This event is sold out. \nGolf Tournament on October 19-21 at Bald Mountain & Apple Valley Golf Courses. \nFORMAT\nComplimentary Practice Round on Thursday\, October 19th. Call for details. Golfers will play five 9-hole matches within their flight over two days. Winners will be determined by the total accumulated points of the five matches. Ties will be determined by their head-to-head match with additional tiebreakers if necessary. Overall Tournament Champions will be decided by an exciting Flight Winner’s Shoot-Out. \nHANDICAPS AND FLIGHTING\nTeams will be flighted based on a combined Handicap Index. If you anticipate an issue regarding you or your guest’s handicap\, please contact Adam Bowles at 828.694.3040 prior to the tournament. Each player will receive 100% of their course handicap per the USGA Rules of Handicapping. Players will stroke off the low player in each match. All team’s handicaps will be adjusted to a maximum of 10 strokes difference between players. \nSCORING\nThe format for the matches is Four-Ball Match Play. SUMMARY:Master Plan Member Review Presentation
DESCRIPTION:A few weeks ago\, our membership received information regarding preliminary recommendations proposed by the Master Plan Sub-Committee for the Rumbling Bald Master Plan.  \nMeetings to discuss these recommendations kicked off in the Legends game room and will continue every two weeks through December 18th. In these meetings\, the Board will host a presentation for up to 30 members and spouses/significant others at a time. It is hoped the smaller meeting size will give everyone a chance to ask questions and provide comments and input on the plan presented. The primary goal of these meetings is to shape and mold the Master Plan to meet the expectations and desires of our Membership.   \nFor those comfortable using our mobile app\, you can sign up for a meeting date of your choice using the app and include your spouse/significant other in the reservation. Members can also email Jessica Burchfield at jburchfield@rumblingbald.com with their preferred meeting date. You must RSVP for a meeting date to attend. \nUpcoming Master Plan Meeting Dates \n\nMonday\, Aug. 28th (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Sept. 11th (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Sept. 25th (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Oct. 9th (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Oct. 23rd (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Nov. 6th (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Nov. 20th (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Dec 4th (4-6pm)\nMonday\, Dec 18th (4-6pm)\n\nAt a “to be determined” date\, the Board will also hold a virtual meeting so members unable to travel to our community during this time can participate in the process as well. \nThe Board is excited to share these preliminary recommendations with the membership and we hope all members can find a way to attend one of these sessions.
