Instructor – Joy \nExpress Yoga – This 30-minute intermediate yoga class is wonderful for those with a busy schedule or who need that quick break during their work day. Improve mobility\, increase muscle tone\, and boost your mood. Beginners are encouraged to try gentle yoga before attending this class. Instructor – Anna \nGentle Flow Yoga – Welcoming both beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. This one-hour class helps you unwind and let go of a hectic day.
