Golfers will play five 9-hole\nmatches within their flight over two days. Winners will be determined by the total accumulated points of\nthe five matches. Ties will be determined by their head-to-head match with additional tiebreakers if\nnecessary. Overall Tournament Champions will be decided by an exciting Flight Winner’s Shoot-Out. \nHandicaps and Flighting\nTeams will be flighted based on a combined Handicap Index. DESCRIPTION:It’s that time of year again where Rumbling Bald provides a yard debris clean-up for Members. We generally plan a yard clean-up coinciding with Fall and Spring of each year. The purpose of this event is to reduce tinder and potential fire hazards like dead underbrush\, fallen tree limbs\, and dead trees.  \nBefore registering\, please carefully review the information below: \n\nRumbling Bald pays for the removal of one debris pile limited in size to 10′ x 10′ and stacked no higher than 4ft.\nAny additional debris over and above the above will incur a cost to the property owner. \nLeaves are not to be blown into ditch lines or culverts.\nAll debris MUST be placed on a flat surface within 10ft of the primary road for their residence no later than October 20th.\nDo not place the debris pile on a driveway\, in a landscaped bed\, on a water meter\, or near utility boxes or mailboxes. The contractor uses large equipment to pick up the debris\, and we do not want your property damaged through no fault of the contractor. \nRegistration will be open from September 19th – October 16th. Those interested can sign up via the Member’s website or App through October 16th. You must sign up to participate. If you do not register\, or if you place debris at the road after cleanup has been completed\, the debris will not be picked up. \nThis service is meant for general yard cleanup. Examples include bushes\, sticks\, limbs\, and trees under 3in in diameter.\nCollection for this year’s Fall Clean-up will begin on October 21st. Collection begins in the Apple Valley communities\, moves down toward Shumont\, then behind the gate\, and ends in the Youngs Mountain area. We cannot guarantee the day that your specific property will be serviced. \nIf you own multiple properties\, please specify which property is being serviced when registering by including the property address or lot number and street in the comment block.\nDo not place debris piles on another owner’s property.\n\nThe sign-up period is open\, and remember\, you must sign up to participate. DESCRIPTION:At the Wellness Center\, we have plenty of fitness classes and active groups to get you out and about! Join our weekly fitness classes Monday–Saturday. From morning walks to yoga and aqua aerobics\, you’re sure to find something you enjoy that keeps you active. For more information\, please call 828.694.3005 \nMondays \n\nTai Chi 9:15am\n\nTuesday \n\nAqua Aerobics 9:15am\n\nThursday \n\nAqua Aerobics 9:15am\nZumba 5:30pm\n\nFriday \n\nTai Chi 9:15am\n\nSaturday \n\nAqua Aerobics 9:15am\nZumba 10am\n\nPlease note that Aqua Aerobics classes will not be held on Saturday\, November 9\, or Thursday\, November 28. Additionally\, Tai Chi classes will be canceled on Friday\, November 22\, Monday\, November 25\, and Friday\, November 29. \nMembers and guests 14-17 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center or join fitness classes without an adult present. Classes are complimentary for members and timeshare owners with owner cards. Lodging/ Member Guests are $8 per class. Fitness classes are subject to change without notice. \nFor more information\, please call the Wellness Center at 828.694.3005 \n\nClass Descriptions \nAqua Aerobics – The instructor will begin the first 20 minutes of class focusing on cardio endurance\, working not only the heart and lungs but all muscles of the body. Aqua Aerobics is also great for all-over toning and improving your balance. Don’t forget those vocals\, they’ll also be worked. The class meets at the Wellness Center indoor pool. Instructor – Ela \nTai Chi – Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is practiced for both defense training and health benefits. This class will help improve your fitness level\, balance\, circulation\, muscular endurance\, and most importantly\, quality of life. Instructor – Sharon \nZumba – 30 minute class for all levels! Class features a series of Latin dance songs\, each with choreographed dance moves that build in intensity and challenge. Instructor – Jessica \nFitness classes are subject to change without notice.
