DESCRIPTION:This event is sold out. \nGolf Tournament on October 19-21 at Bald Mountain & Apple Valley Golf Courses. \nFORMAT\nComplimentary Practice Round on Thursday\, October 19th. Call for details. Golfers will play five 9-hole matches within their flight over two days. Winners will be determined by the total accumulated points of the five matches. Ties will be determined by their head-to-head match with additional tiebreakers if necessary. The members at Rumbling Bald will support their efforts with the MEAC-sponsored 2nd Annual Fundraiser: golf cart rally. Last year’s event was a smashing success raising $1\,900. This year\, the MEAC hopes to expand our support\, also bringing joy to Lake Lure Classical Academy families in need. \nThe entry fee per golf cart remains at $25 for 2023\, and we hope to get up to 50 teams to participate. This year’s event is focused on challenges\, games\, and activities inside the Bald Mountain property. The after-party at The Gardens Restaurant will include food\, drinks\, and live music. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams scoring the most points\, plus a raffle drawing for all participants. \nNow’s the time to form your Rally Team and register for this event.
