SUMMARY:Rumble on the Mountain – Men's Member-Guest Golf Tournament
DESCRIPTION:It’s time for the annual Rumble on the Mountain – Men’s Member-Guest Tournament\, a multi-day golf challenge in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains from October 15th-17th. Registration is mandatory! To sign up\, please call the Pro Shop at 828.694.3042 or email abowles@rumblingbald.com. We will take the first 36 teams.\n \nENTRY PER PERSON\n\nPremier 1/Golf/POA: $300\nGuest: $350\n\nINCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION:\n\nWelcome Reception\nPlayer Tee Gift\n54 Holes of Golf\nEpic Putting Contest\nAwards Dinner and Prizes\n\nFORMAT:\nComplimentary practice round on Thursday\, October 15th. Call for details. Golfers will play five 9-hole matches within their flight over two days. Winners will be determined by the total accumulated points of the five matches. Ties will be determined by their head-to-head match with additional tiebreakers\, if necessary. Overall tournament champions will be decided by an exciting flight winner’s shoot-out.\n \nHANDICAPS AND FLIGHTING:\nTeams will be flighted based on a combined Handicap Index. If you anticipate an issue regarding your or your guest’s handicap\, please contact Adam Bowles at 828.694.3040 prior to the tournament. Each player will receive 100% of their course handicap per the USGA Rules of Handicapping. Players will stroke off the low player in each match. All teams’ handicaps will be adjusted to a maximum of 10 strokes difference between players.\n \nSCORING:\nThe format for the matches is Four-Ball Match Play. Points will be awarded as follows:\n\nWin the Hole: 1 point\nLose the Hole: 0 points\nTie the Hole: ½ point\nMaximum 7 points per match
